Photographer, Mark Holland, 39, arrested by Toronto Police Service on charge of sexual assault

On the morning of Thursday 3 March 2016, the Toronto Police Service released the following statement:

The Toronto Police Service would like to advise the public of a ongoing Sexual Assault investigation. 

It is alleged that: 

- on Saturday, February 20, 2016, at approximately 1 p.m, an 18-year-old woman attended a man's home in the Queen's Quay and Yonge Street area for a photo shoot

- the woman began posing for the man

- the man then sexually assaulted the woman

On Tuesday, March 1, 2016, Mark Holland, 39, of Toronto, was arrested. He is charged with: 

1. Sexual Assault

He is scheduled to appear in court at College Park on Tuesday, April 5, 2016, 2 p.m., room 504. 

He is described as 39, 5'11", athletic build, with clean-cut light-brown hair and clean-shaven. 

Police believe there may be other victims.
