Emily Ratajkowski has been confirmed to star in the new Entourage movie alongside Nina Agdal - who already filmed her scenes this past January.
"Emily Ratajkowski will be in it and she'll play herself . . . This is an Entourage movie so there's absolutely no way Ratajkowski would be the only model in the film. Sports Illustrated swimsuit model Nina Agdal already filmed her scenes . . ."
Cara Delevigne is also set to hit the big screen by starring in a new TV series called, Timeless.
"Cara will make her long-awaited TV acting debut, appearing alongside veteran actress Sylvia Syms in the new drama, Timeless. The 21-year-old will star as a young woman whose fiance is serving in Afghanistan, and follows her relationship with her great grandmother, played by Syms."
Hollywood actresses, Charlize Theron and Cameron Diaz, also started off as models before they segued into the acting world. With Emily, Nina, and Cara all set to hit the big screen, is it possible that we are going to see more models cast in movies? Could modelling be considered a stepping stone into acting? Is the transition inevitable?
